Vuokraan sisältyy Loop One / Loo Zero -mittain seinäkiinnikkeineen ja käyttöohjeineen sekä etäkonsultointi / raportointi kirjallisesti sovitun mukaisesti palvelun laajuudesta riippuen. Myös toimituskulut (Posti Express / nouto automaatista) sisältyvät vuokrahintaan. Muita pakkaus- tai laskutuskuluja ei ole.

Vuokra-aika on yleensä 12 kk, erikseen sovittaessa muu. Toistaiseksi voimassa olevissa sopimuksissa irtisanomisaika on pääsääntöisesti 1 kk.

Toimitusaika voi vaihdella tapauskohtaisesti, pääsääntöisesti toimitus suoraan varastosta 7 vrk kuluessa. 

Palvelu laskutetaan sopimuksen mukaan joka kuukausi- tai vuosilaskulla. Varmistamme yritysasiakkaan maksukyvyn ja tarkastamme kuluttaja-asiakkaan luottotiedot.

Laitteita toimitetaan näillä ehdoin vain Manner-Suomeen, erikseen sovittaessa muut sijainnit mahdollisia.

Vuokraaja sitoutuu käsittelemään laitetta huolellisesti ja käyttämään sitä ohjeen mukaisesti. Laitetta ei saa luovuttaa eikä sitä saa korjauttaa kolmannella osapuolella. Myöskään sopimusta ei voi siirtää kolmannelle osapuolelle. Mahdollisesta laitteen rikkoutumisesta on ilmoitettava viipymättä.

Kadonneesta tai varastetusta laitteesta veloitetaan Loop One 996 euroa / Loop Zero 215 euroa (alv 0%). Tämä koskee myös tapauksia joihin liittyy kolmas osapuoli. Mikäli laite vahingoittuu huolimattomasta käsittelyn tai sellaisen käytön seurauksena josta ei ole sovittu kanssamme, vahinko korvataan em. summan mukaisesti.

Loopshore ei vastaa mahdollisesti vuokraajalle mittalaitteen käytöstä tai rikkoutumisesta syntyneistä välillisistä tai välittömistä kustannuksista tai vahingoista.

Vuokrauksen jatkuessa päättyvän sopimuskauden jälkeen, tarkastetaan vuokrausehdot aina erikseen. Laitteen vuokraajan tietoja käsitellään rekisteriselosteen mukaisesti.

Laitteen palautus tulee tehdä viipymättä vuokra-ajan päätyttyä erillisen ohjeistuksen mukaisesti palautuspakettina. Muilla tavoin palautettujen lähetysten kulut laskutetaan asiakkaalta. Laitteen tulee olla akun varausta lukuunottamatta samassa kunnossa kuin vuokra-ajan alkaessa. 

Vuokraan ei sisälly vakuutusta. Pidätämme oikeuden hinnanmuutoksiin. Ylivoimaisen esteen sattuessa (force majeure), Loopshore ei ole velvollinen toimittamaan laitetta. Mikäli asiakas rikkkoo vuokrausehtoja, on Loopshorella oikeus ottaa mittalaite haltuunsa viipymättä.

Rental Agreement 2024

Included in the rental: Loop One/Loop Zero meter with wall mount and user manual, as well as remote consulting/reporting according to the agreed-upon scope of service. Delivery costs (Posti Express/pickup from an automated machine) are also included in the rental price. There are no other packaging or billing costs.

Rental period: Typically 12 months, other periods can be agreed upon separately. For currently valid agreements, the notice period is generally 1 month.

Delivery time: May vary on a case-by-case basis, but generally delivery is directly from the warehouse within 7 days.

Payment: The service is invoiced monthly or annually according to the agreement. We verify the creditworthiness of corporate customers and check the credit information of consumer customers.

Delivery area: Devices are delivered only to mainland Finland under these terms, other locations are possible by separate agreement.

Renter’s obligations: The renter agrees to handle the device carefully and use it according to the instructions. The device may not be transferred or repaired by a third party. Nor can the agreement be transferred to a third party. Any damage to the device must be reported immediately.

Lost or stolen devices: A fee of 996 euros for Loop One / 215 euros for Loop Zero (VAT 0%) will be charged for lost or stolen devices. This also applies to cases involving a third party. If the device is damaged due to careless handling or use that has not been agreed upon with us, the damage will be compensated according to the aforementioned amount.

Liability: Loopshore is not liable for any indirect or direct costs or damages incurred by the renter due to the use or breakage of the measuring device.

Renewal: If the rental continues after the end of the contract period, the rental terms will always be reviewed separately. The renter’s information will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

Return: The device must be returned promptly at the end of the rental period according to separate instructions as a return package. Costs for shipments returned in other ways will be charged to the customer. The device must be in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental period, except for the battery charge.

Insurance: The rental does not include insurance. We reserve the right to change prices. In the event of force majeure, Loopshore is not obligated to deliver the device. If the customer violates the rental terms, Loopshore has the right to take possession of the measuring device immediately.
